The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in a lead role, and 3+ years in production and heavy industrial environments. Wage: $38-42/hr DOE, with benefits after 30 days and overtime prospects.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a lead role preferred.
• 3+ years in a production-driven environment.
• 3+ years in a heavy industrial setting preferred.
• Refinery operations experience is an asset.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders daily; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety and strong housekeeping skills.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate refinery operations and field rounds.
• Interpret data to optimize production efficiency.
• Perform inspections to ensure equipment health and data collection.
• Operate control board interfaces for plant adjustments.
• Provide guidance and supervision to team members.
• Troubleshoot operational deviations and make timely decisions.
• Report accurately to management and coordinate with other teams.
• Stay current with SOPs, OSHA, and compliance training.
