Job summary

Fincons US is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support enterprise applications and digital transformation efforts. This remote role serves teams across the Los Angeles market, designing, building, and maintaining web apps using Python, React, and AWS.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python backend development experience.
• Experience building modern web apps with React.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing, deployment, and version control.
• Experience with SQL databases and data integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Media & Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in large enterprise environments is preferred.

About The Role

Fincons US is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives. This is a remote position supporting teams and stakeholders in the Los Angeles market. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications using Python, React, and AWS while collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python and React.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and application logic using Python.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications and services using AWS.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development.
• Strong experience developing modern web applications using React.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and version control.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and data integration.
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Media & Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments is preferred.
