Job summary

Wingate Packaging in Washington Court House is seeking an Offset Press Operator to lead a safety- and quality-focused team during production of paperboard packaging. You will set up and operate 6- or 8-color presses, maintain press registration and ink balance, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires reading production orders, following procedures, training assistants, and participating in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating a KBA, Komori, or equivalent offset press.
• Ability to read production orders and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality and productivity in production of paperboard packaging.
• Set up, adjust, and operate offset presses to print on various papers.
• Inspect printed materials to ensure quality standards.
• Train assistant operators and participate in continuous improvement.
