Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Lead Officer for Clinton, CT to supervise Security Officers on assigned shifts, maintain a safe environment, observe and report incidents, and support leadership at client sites.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with clean MVR, CT Guard Card, and weekend availability. 1+ year of security and customer service experience preferred; company offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift, All Days

Responsibilities

The Lead Officer maintains a safe and secure environment by providing guidance to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. The role observes and reports activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. The Lead Officer preserves order, enforces regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and premises, and supports direct leadership of Security Officers.
