Job summary

Bitdefender in the United States seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Pen Testing consultant to join our Offensive Security team and lead engagements worldwide.

You will mentor peers, coordinate engagements, and work with Sales to scope and deliver high-value security assessments across web, mobile, and cloud environments.

Strong English, OSCP/OSCE/OSWE, 5+ years, and hands-on tool experience required; travel worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Strong understanding of offensive security principles and tools.
• Experience leading security engagements and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage offensive security assessments from planning to reporting.
• Demonstrate advanced techniques and tool proficiency.
• Interface with clients to translate findings into actionable security improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope engagements and align delivery with client needs.
