Job summary

Bitdefender is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Pen Testing consultant to join our Offensive Security team. You will lead and coordinate pen testing engagements worldwide, working with skilled professionals to identify vulnerabilities in clients' security postures and deliver high-quality services that elevate Bitdefender's reputation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required; other languages welcome
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience
• OSCP is required; degree in CS or InfoSec or related field preferred
• OSCE/OSWE or CREST certifications are a plus
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on offensive security expertise with penetration testing, exploit development, and social engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and reporting of offensive security engagements
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of offensive security techniques and tools
• Interface with clients to understand objectives and deliver actionable recommendations
• Support pre-sales and tailor solutions with Sales
• Mentor and develop team members in offensive security
• Stay updated on threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Research to maximize value
• Maintain high quality deliverables and adhere to firm standards
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed
