As the Lead of Housekeeping, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the seamless operation, cleanliness, and aesthetic upkeep of the club while supporting and guiding the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, train and mentor team members, and maintain high standards that embody Remedy Place’s luxury wellness ethos.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary responsibilities include maintaining the club’s cleanliness, resetting spaces between services, and ensuring all areas meet Remedy Place’s luxury standards:

Leadership + Team Management

  • Lead and support the Housekeeping team by providing direction, mentorship, and hands-on assistance when needed.
  • Train and onboard new Housekeeping members to uphold Remedy Place’s service and housekeeping standards.
  • Oversee the Housekeeping schedule, coordinating coverage when necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to protocols.
  • Ensure all team members are informed about daily schedules, updates, announcements, and company reminders.

Operations + Oversight

  • Coordinate team breaks and lunches to maintain seamless coverage throughout the day.
  • Conduct weekly inventory and organization of cleaning supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and availability of equipment.
  • Maintain safety protocols for supplies and daily operational tasks, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.

Facility Maintenance + Housekeeping

  • Oversee and participate in daily housekeeping tasks, including:
  • Cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and trash removal.
  • Laundering and restocking towels and other linens.
  • Performing turnover and resetting of club spaces (e.g., hyperbaric chambers, saunas, and practitioner spaces).
  • Maintain the general upkeep of practitioner spaces, including organizing tools and sanitizing equipment.
  • Complete and ensure the completion of opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists.
  • Perform routine deep cleaning of specified areas to keep the club in pristine condition.
  • Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or guest items left behind to the manager promptly.

Process Improvement

  • Regularly check in with management to assess and refine operational procedures.
  • Update and edit Housekeeping checklists and processes as needed to enhance efficiency.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS + WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role requires physical activity to support day-to-day operations. Candidates must:

  • Be comfortable walking or standing throughout their shift.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Bend, kneel, squat, and perform repetitive motions as necessary.
  • Work in environments with elevated temperatures (e.g., wellness rooms).
  • Weekend availability required.
