Cypress Pointe Health & Wellness in Houston, Texas is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a new in-house rehabilitation program. You will deliver high-quality OT services in a skilled nursing setting, supervise COTAs, and manage cases to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas OT license, have SNF/geriatric experience, and are proficient with Net Health Rehab and Microsoft Office. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Veterans Homes, or healthcare as an OT leader.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Net Health Rehab as the primary Operating Software.
• Valid Texas OT state license.
• Experience in health care / hospitality or other related field.
• Passion for working in a retirement community with the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy and related services for patients following a plan of care.
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Techs (where required) and perform case management responsibilities.
• Maintain professional conduct that represents the commitment to quality and service in all interactions with clients.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy.
