Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Lead Therapist for a full-time position in Brick Township, NJ. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments within a skilled nursing facility setting, and leading clinical care.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Occupational Therapist with state licensing and NBCOT credentials, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification may be required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence
