Responsibilities
Lead and manage the New York creditors' rights practice from our Cranford office.
Provide leadership, direction, accountability, and mentorship to attorneys and staff.
Oversee litigation strategy, case evaluations, assignments, audits, trial preparation, and escalated matters.
Ensure strong client communication, service standards, compliance, and quality control across the practice.
