Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for candidate
• 5+ years of CNC programming experience
• US citizen or Green Card Holder (ITAR compliant)

Responsibilities

• Lead CAD-to-CAM team and build the programming standard for 5-axis cells
• Program complex aerospace parts and verify via in-process checks
• Train programmers and define production processes
• Coordinate tooling/workholding/pallet strategy and post-processor integration
