Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a RN license in Michigan, a BSN, and BLS/ACLS certification, with 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience and ambulatory orientation completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy.
• Two to three (2-3) years of nursing experience in a clinical environment.
• Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line management and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate and deliver compassionate patient care using the nursing process.
• Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient education.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and healthcare team to maintain a quality practice setting.
• Participate in planning and budget development for the clinic/department.
