Job Details
Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained.
  • Oversee the documentation and record-keeping processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and organizational regulations.
  • Monitor and track performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular clinic inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to manage the budget, resources, and financial performance of the nursing department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve the quality of care.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on complex nursing and health center issues, leveraging your expertise to drive improvements and solve problems.
  • Ensure the nursing team receives the necessary training and development opportunities to maintain their skills and meet their career goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the nursing team, management, and other departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  • A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a health center setting.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, documentation, and clinic inspections.
  • Experience in tracking and improving performance indicators.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
