Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an RN in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care per current rules and regulations.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Complete assessments and develop interim care plans.
• Administer medications as ordered and ensure safe medication practices.
• Supervise nursing personnel and coordinate with the Director of Nursing.
