Job Duties:

• Lead and motivate staff effectively
• Prepare IV & IM vitamins using proper technique
• Perform venipuncture, IV placements, and access ports/PICC lines
• Monitor clients during infusions
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Clean and maintain infusion room and sterile hood
• Document therapy details in EMR
• Handle scheduling, forms, and customer service
• Coordinate with medical providers on therapy plans

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN
• Minimum five years of acute care nursing experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
• BSN certification
• Strong peripheral IV and IM injection skills
• Experience with ports and PICC lines
• Proficient in electronic medical records
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Flexible work schedule availability
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Team-oriented and independent work ability
• Adherence to policies and medical compliance

Working Conditions:

May involve standing/walking for long periods, handling biohazards, and exposure to bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and office/clinical environments.
