We are seeking an outgoing, experienced Lead Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals on a mission to help people feel better so they can do more of what they love.

This is a full-time Lead Nurse role.

Responsibilities as the Lead RN:

• Hire, train, and manage a team of nurses in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Disseminate policy updates and serve as a liaison between the PLLC, the corporate team, and the Eugene location.
• Manage store nursing operations, processes, and procedures.
• Handle budgeting, set monthly medical revenue goals, order supplies, and conduct chart audits.
• Promote and consult with clients on IV Drips, intramuscular injection nutrients, and hyperbaric oxygen therapies.
• Administer IV, IM, and hyperbaric sessions.
• Use blood tests to help clients optimize wellness.
• Manage medical supply inventory and ordering.
• Assist staff with store services.
• Participate in community outreach and special events.
• Conduct nurse development and staff 1:1s.
• Collaborate on revenue goals and growth strategies.
• Work with Wellness Educators to develop personalized wellness plans.

Qualifications:

• Belief in health, wellness, and longevity therapies.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least two years of experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, etc.) including care plan creation.
• Minimum one year of experience administering injections.
• BLS certification.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Client safety and experience are priorities.
• Comfortable working in a sales environment.
