Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in nuclear field services with relevant tooling experience or 5 years in nuclear field services with tooling experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally as dictated by business need.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to Nuclear Plants including access to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on concept development and identify project risks in proposal and contract phases.
• Own tooling processes and support improving tooling technology and design.
• Lead field project delivery shifts and guide a team to high quality project execution.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge in nuclear field tooling or reactor modification.
• Use judgment to solve complex operational, technical, and engineering problems.
