Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL (Edward Hospital) seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Lead to guide the department, ensure high-quality imaging, and support daily operations. This full-time, 36-hour position offers rotating weekdays, on-call Saturdays, and holiday coverage.

The ideal candidate holds IEMA licensure, ARRT(N) or CNMT with current registration, and BLS certification; 1 year minimum experience (3+ preferred) with leadership ability.

Qualifications

• IL IEMA licensure required.
• ARRT(N) or CNMT with current registration.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year Nuclear Medicine experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to staff.
• Perform Nuclear Medicine exams and assist in protocols.
• Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee equipment QA, maintenance and radiation safety compliance.
