Job summary

Swedish Hospital in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Lead to oversee imaging quality, lead staff, and ensure safe, efficient patient care in a full-time role.

The position requires IL licensure, ARRT(N) or CNMT with current registration, BLS, and a minimum of 1 year in Nuclear Medicine (3+ years preferred), along with leadership experience. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm with rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Illinois licensure (IEMA) required.
• ARRT(N) or CNMT with current registration required; BLS certification required.
• 1 year minimum Nuclear Medicine and PET experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to Nuclear Medicine staff and ensure high-quality imaging and efficient patient care.
• Perform Nuclear Medicine exams and assist in developing imaging protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate staff schedules, training, orientation and performance evaluations; support daily department operations.
• Oversee equipment QA, preventative maintenance and compliance with radiation safety regulations.
