Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is hiring non-CDL drivers in Florida to load, transport, and unload household goods. This full-service moving role offers opportunities to lead crews, interact with customers daily, and grow within the company.

Candidates should have a clean driving record, be able to comply with the zero-tolerance drug policy, and be willing to travel locally and interstate. Pay is $17–$20 per hour with benefits listed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel locally and interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck and follow DOT regulations.
• Reliable, on-time with strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and unload household goods.
• Lead the crew during loading on to and off of trucks.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of the truck and equipment.
• Maintain shipment documentation and driver logs as required.
