Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving in Melbourne, FL is hiring for immediate non-CDL driving positions. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods and leading a moving crew while interacting with customers daily.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record and can comply with our zero-tolerance drug policy. Compensation is $17 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and be able to comply with our zero-tolerance drug policy.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability are required for daily customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel locally, intrastate and/or interstate for assignments.
• Must be able to operate a box truck and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipments on to and/or off of the truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks for forward movement.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on the truck and equipment.
• Maintain required documentation for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
