Job description

As a Senior Nintex Workflow Automation Developer at Proservartner, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust workflow automation solutions using the Nintex platform. Leveraging your deep expertise in IT development and Nintex, you will contribute to streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the organization's growth.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business units to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
Design end-to-end workflow automation solutions using the Nintex platform, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Develop and implement workflows, forms, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Customize and configure Nintex components, integrating with other systems as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing workflows for performance and reliability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in workflow automation and Nintex technologies.
Participate in code reviews, best practice development, and continuous improvement efforts.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of overall IT development experience, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Nintex workflow automation.
Strong proficiency in Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Mobile.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex workflow automation solutions.
Proficiency in SharePoint, Office 365, and related technologies.
Solid understanding of process automation principles, best practices, and methodologies.
Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or PowerShell is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant Nintex certifications are highly desirable.
