Centimark Corporation, the national leader in commercial roofing, seeks an experienced New Construction Project Manager in Jessup, MD. You will oversee crews, coordinate materials, and ensure safe, compliant job sites while maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Project Management or Field Supervision in commercial roofing.
• Knowledge of multiple roofing assemblies and leak detection preferred.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Blueprint interpretation is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Weekend/holiday work, travel and OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing crews to plan and execute projects.
• Coordinate with Service Director and Warehouse Manager to order materials.
• Set up and maintain safe job sites; conduct pre/post-job inspections; maintain paperwork.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and employees.
