Korte Does It All in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Journeyman Plumber for our new construction team. You will rough‑in plumbing for new residential builds, install water, drain, waste and vent systems, read blueprints, and ensure code compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of new construction plumbing experience.
• Strong understanding of residential rough‑in and finish plumbing.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow builder specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Rough‑in plumbing for new residential builds.
• Installing water, drain, waste, and vent systems.
• Setting fixtures, tubs, showers, and final trim‑out.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and job specifications.
• Ensuring all work meets code, safety standards, and builder expectations.
• Coordinating with site supervisors, builders, and other trades.
• Maintaining a clean, organized job site and professional appearance.
• Documenting work and communicating clearly with the office and field teams.
