Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Network or Information Security, or a combination of education, training and experience.
• Security and control certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for next-generation perimeter security devices.
• Maintain uptime, reliability, and policy maintenance of supported systems.
• Produce and maintain documentation and metrics for the department.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to engineer teams.
• Monitor systems, set alerts, and automate admin tasks where possible.
• Troubleshoot system problems and drive resolution.
