E-Solutions is seeking a Lead Network Provisioning Engineer in New Albany, OH. This onsite role demands 10+ years of experience with hands-on work on Juniper, Arista, or Cisco gear, and a strong background in provisioning networks at scale.

Responsibilities include fabric switch provisioning, circuit setup, and ensuring production readiness, with 24x7 coverage across shifts. CCIE mandatory and BGP/IS-IS/MPLS expertise are required.

Qualifications

• CCIE Certification mandatory.
• CCNA/CCNP or JNCIA/JNCIS required.
• Strong BGP, IS-IS, MPLS knowledge.
• Hands-on Juniper, Arista, or Cisco experience.
• Experience with network provisioning at scale (100+ devices).
• Python-based automation.
• Network management & ticketing tools.
• Understanding of data center power/cooling and physical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provision fabric switches, backbone routers, OOB devices, and circuits.
• Perform rack, circuit, PON/OLT, and AI compute rack provisioning.
• Network activation and production readiness.
• Perform QA/QC, logical testing, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot uplinks, provisioning issues, and circuit problems.
• Maintain BOMs, playbooks, runbooks, and deployment documentation.
• Coordinate with Network Operations and field teams.

Job description

Position: Lead Network Provisioning Engineer

Location: New Albany, OH (Onsite any)

Experience: 10+ Years

Coverage:

24×7 coverage across three 8-hour shifts:

• Day: 07:00–15:00 ET
• Swing: 15:00–23:00 ET
• Graveyard: 23:00–07:00 ET

Schedule:

5 days on / 2 days off

40 hours/week

Compensation:

Shift differentials apply for Swing and Graveyard shifts per company policy.

Must-Have:

• CCIE Certification – Mandatory
• CCNA/CCNP or JNCIA/JNCIS
