Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a project/program manager to analyze system architecture and oversee end-to-end design workflows. You will liaise with Engineering, Operations and Network Planning to support simplified, modernized legacy networks and track monthly progress toward strategic targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards, reporting to leadership, and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and vendors. A Bachelor's in IT/Engineering or Business is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Project & Program Management experience in enterprise IT or telecommunications projects.
• Knowledge of dependency sequencing and complex project constraints.
• Ability to manage milestones and mitigate risks to avoid penalties.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs.
• Interface with Engineering, Operations and Network Planning to support modernized designs.
• Track monthly progress to meet Open For Sales, Copper Migration and Switch shutdown targets.
• Share progress with leaders and stakeholders using dashboards and reports.
