Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Lead Network Modeler to drive the development and application of network optimization models for strategic supply chain decisions. This hands-on role requires expertise in large-scale modeling, data validation, and translating results into actionable guidance for senior leaders.

You will collaborate with business leaders, establish modeling best practices, and help build an enterprise network modeling capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required; master’s preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience building large-scale network models.
• Ability to translate business questions into modeling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build large, complex network optimization models for strategic studies.
• Translate business questions into modelling approaches with stakeholders.
• Communicate assumptions, results, and tradeoffs clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Establish modeling best practices and coach others on the team.
