STR’s Intelligence Division researches, develops, and transitions advanced analytics and machine-learning solutions for challenging national-security problems. You will lead the technical execution of advanced networking, communications, and ML-enabled systems, applying state-of-the-art methods to real-time data from diverse sources.

Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and partners to deliver mission-critical capabilities with high quality and security.

Formación

• Education: PhD (2+ yrs), MS (6+ yrs), or BS (8+ yrs) in a technical field.
• Experience delivering software, systems, and ML-enabled projects.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and work in national-security contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical execution of networking, communications, and ML-enabled systems projects.
• Translate mission needs into system requirements, architectures, and plans.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across software, systems, and ML domains.
• Decompose problems, manage risks, and track execution against objectives.
• Design architectures spanning network protocols, data pipelines, and ML models.
• Drive design reviews, code reviews, and customer engagements for quality and security.
• Apply state-of-the-art ML methods to real-time networking challenges.
