Compensation: Base salary range of $108,800 - $181,400, with potential additional incentives.
Job Description: At RapidScale, we are seeking a Lead Network Engineer to serve as the highest escalation point for complex network challenges and supervise a team monitoring customer networks. The role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring troubleshooting, incident management, and team guidance.
Primary Responsibilities include supervising offshore teams, providing Tier-3 support, leading incident resolution, collaborating on projects, and improving network operations.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree + 6 years experience or equivalent, leadership skills, in-depth networking knowledge (OSI, TCP/IP, protocols), experience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/Wi-Fi, and industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, etc.
Preferred Qualifications: SD-WAN experience, virtualization knowledge, advanced certifications, and familiarity with network monitoring tools.
