Must have:

- – We expect strong hands‑on experience with Cisco platforms such as Catalyst and Nexus, along with related management tools.
- – We value experience supporting enterprise firewall and security solutions, ideally Palo Alto Networks.
- – We need a solid understanding of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and segmentation principles.
- – We look for experience designing and supporting cloud networking in Azure and/or AWS environments.
- – We expect familiarity with SASE/SSE architectures, remote access technologies, and Zero Trust networking concepts.
- – We value experience with network monitoring, telemetry, observability, and performance management tools.
- – We require proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
- – We look for strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- – We need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
- – We value demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions across multiple teams.
- – Preferred: professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, or equivalent.

- – Preferred: experience with network automation frameworks, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices.
- – Preferred: familiarity with NAC, microsegmentation, and Zero Trust security architectures.
- – Preferred: experience with enterprise monitoring and analytics platforms such as SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, LogicMonitor, or similar.
- – Preferred: knowledge of regulatory and security frameworks including NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI‑DSS, and ISO 27001.
- – Preferred: experience supporting geographically distributed enterprise environments and multi‑site networks.
- – Preferred: prior experience leading technical teams, project delivery efforts, or engineering workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- – We lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise network infrastructure across data center, campus, cloud, WAN, and remote‑access environments.
- – We serve as the technical lead for complex network initiatives, upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.
- – We develop and maintain architecture standards, design patterns, engineering documentation, and operational procedures.
- – We drive troubleshooting and resolution for critical incidents, major outages, and difficult performance problems.
- – We partner with Network Operations to improve reliability, automation, monitoring, observability, and operational efficiency.
- – We design and deliver resilient routing, switching, wireless, Internet, and cloud networking solutions.
- – We support and optimize secure access technologies including VPN, SASE/SSE, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust architectures.
- – We work with Information Security to implement security controls, segmentation strategies, firewall policies, and compliance requirements.
- – We evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations aligned with business and technology strategy.
- – We lead capacity planning, performance analysis, and scalability initiatives.
- – We mentor network engineers and promote knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
- – We build automation solutions using scripting and infrastructure‑as‑code methods to streamline operations.
- – We participate in architecture reviews, change management, and technical governance activities.
- – We collaborate with vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners on operational and strategic initiatives.
- – We support cloud networking architectures across Azure, AWS, and hybrid deployments.
- – We participate in on‑call support and major incident response as needed.
