Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer Architect to design and deliver scalable networking solutions across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead complex transformation initiatives, translate business goals into technology strategies, and drive automation to simplify operations.

The role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, wireless, security, and cloud networking, with a focus on SDN, automation, and modern security architectures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network solutions across on‑prem, cloud and hybrid environments.
• 8+ years with network architecture: routing, switching, wireless, security, segmentation, connectivity, traffic engineering.
• 8+ years designing and supporting large-scale enterprise, service provider, cloud, or mission-critical infra.
• 3+ years of network automation, orchestration, and IaC methodologies.
• 3+ years with scripting and automation using Python, APIs, and automation frameworks.
• 8+ years of cloud networking concepts including connectivity, segmentation, security, load balancing, and multi-cloud architectures.
• 3+ years of modern security architectures: Zero Trust, micro-segmentation, identity-based access, encryption, secure remote access.
• 3+ years of network observability, telemetry, analytics, and performance management platforms.
• 3+ years of virtualization, container networking, edge computing, and modern app delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale network transformation and modernization programs.
• Design infrastructure to support AI, analytics, data-heavy and high-performance workloads.
• Incorporate SDN, intent-based networking, network digital twins, and autonomous operations concepts.
• Support hybrid cloud, multi-cloud and edge networking architectures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, NetOps, SRE, and platform engineering teams.
• Integrate network with cloud, security, observability and enterprise management platforms.
• Understand data center fabrics, high-performance transport networks, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Develop standards, governance frameworks and architecture review processes.
• Pursue relevant industry certifications in networking, cloud, cybersecurity, automation or infra engineering.
