Location: Remote (U.S. Based) | Full-Time | $160K–$170K Base ($180K Possible for Exceptional Candidates)

A growing, well-established NetSuite partner (25+ years in the ERP space) is hiring a Lead NetSuite Consultant to help drive delivery excellence across multiple finance-heavy implementations. This is a key role within a high-performing team that’s earned a strong reputation for rescuing failed projects, delivering tailored solutions, and leading complex ERP rollouts across more than 300 organizations.

You’ll play a leading role in client delivery—guiding CFOs, Controllers, and internal teams through full-cycle implementations, post-go-live enhancements, and strategic finance transformations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations with a focus on finance modules: OneWorld, Multi-Book, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), etc.
• Act as the go-to client advisor, facilitating requirements, solution design, and delivery
• Collaborate with internal dev teams to drive custom solutions, enhancements, and SuiteApp integration
• Oversee 2–3 concurrent projects with a target utilization rate of 80–85%
• Work closely with leadership to scale best practices and mentor junior consultants
• Potentially support up to 80% of work within the Events industry, leveraging the team’s proprietary ConventionSuite platform

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of NetSuite experience, ideally at a top-tier partner
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-entity implementations
• Strong grasp of finance operations and NetSuite modules, especially across OneWorld, ARM, and Multi-Book
• Excellent communicator—confident working with senior stakeholders while keeping delivery on track
• Self-starter with a team-first mindset—someone who leads from the front but thrives in collaboration
• NetSuite certifications are a plus, but not required for the right person
