**Responsibilities**

The Lead Net Revenue Analyst supports physician net revenue processes for the Indiana market, focusing on financial analysis, reporting, and system collaboration. This role helps drive accurate month-end close and forecasting efforts while contributing to standardization and system improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead physician month-end close processes and prepare related reconciliations and reports.

+ Perform AR valuation and net revenue analysis using Kodiak RCA.

+ Track trends and provide variance analysis to support financial decision-making.

+ Prepare HFM statistics, projection reports, and quarterly budgets.

+ Support standardization initiatives for close processes.

+ Collaborate on RCA upgrades, system enhancements, and budgeting.

+ Monitor new physician locations in Athena and maintain internal control checklists.

+ Participate in team meetings and support ad hoc finance projects.

**Requirements**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
