Lead .Net Full Stack Developer w/AWS

Location: Warrensville, OH (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand software development principles and processes.
• Full stack development experience.
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies.
• Experience with GAP analysis, SWOT, ROI, and risk assessments.
• Proficiency in AWS, .Net, SQL, Postgres, SNOW, Json, Rest APIs.
• Designing, building, and supporting APIs.
• Mentoring junior developers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for technical decisions.
• Recommend technical directions.
• Drive cross-team collaboration.
• Problem-solving and innovative thinking.
• Work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience.
• Full stack development expertise.
• Front-end development skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC in Agile/Scrum.

Salary and Compensation

Salary range: $81,337 - $141,500, depending on experience.

Eligible for annual incentive based on performance.
