Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks a senior .NET/Azure engineer to design and implement software across on-prem and cloud environments. You will mentor developers, drive API design, and ensure robust CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid telework/office setting in Minnesota.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on development with Azure services, and expertise in distributed systems, data design with SQL Server/Azure SQL, and automated testing across enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of total software development experience.
• Five (5) years’ experience in application development using .NET framework and Microsoft technologies.
• Combined 5 years of experience in a Technical Team Lead .Net Engineer role designing and developing using Microsoft technologies and mentoring junior developers.
• Combined Seven (7) years’ experience with one or more of the following frameworks: Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Combined Five (5) years’ experience writing applications in Azure cloud and deploying code using CI/CD pipelines.
• Five (5) years’ experience leading collaborative exercises with business and technical stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• 3+ years of experience in Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Event Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and Azure infrastructure and identity Service including Azure (CIAM) cloud-based identity service.
• Five (5) years of experience with hands-on work in API design, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and Azure Application Performance Monitoring.
• Ten (10) years of experience writing automated unit tests.
• Five (5) years of experience with database design and development using SQL Server or Azure SQL.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs with business stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor developers in Microsoft tech stack and Azure.
• Design, build, and deploy API-based microservices in Azure.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate across hybrid telework/office teams on large enterprise projects.
