Core Group is seeking an experienced Lead Project Superintendent to oversee Navy ship repair and modernization projects. You will provide daily leadership across multiple work areas, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires a strong ship-repair background, exceptional leadership, and the ability to coordinate NAVSEA standards, AITs, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and compliance.

Formación

• Experience leading complex ship repair or modernization projects.
• Strong ability to plan production, sequence work, and manage milestones.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate Ship Superintendents, craft personnel, subcontractors, AITs, and support teams.
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with milestones and vessel delivery.
• Oversee ship systems modernization and ensure compliance with NAVSEA standards and contractual requirements.
