Job summary

ProFrac is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to coordinate and execute operational strategies for in-district gas conditioning and distribution. This role ensures policy compliance, safety, and efficient service across field teams and district management.

You will oversee departmental goals, communicate daily activities to the E-Tech Manager, analyze operations for efficiency, train staff, provide troubleshooting, and act as the main liaison between field operations and management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of confidential information policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of general business/management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, production methods, and coordination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles including needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of equipment policies and procedures to promote security and safety.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum two to four years of work-related skills, knowledge or experience.

• Knowledge of general confidential information policies, procedures and regulations that govern employee and employer confidentiality.

• Knowledge of general business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, technical skill, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

• Knowledge of general principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
