Job summary

Hiatus, a Texas-based Day Spa & Med Spa, is seeking a dynamic Lead in Nail Therapy to elevate performance, coaching and service excellence. This role supports Nail Therapists, oversees training, and partners with Spa and Education Managers to maintain The Hiatus Way.

You will conduct new hire training, assist with openings, and help build a high-performing team while delivering five-star guest experiences. Weekend and evening availability, US work authorization, and Zenoti proficiency are

Qualifications

• Licensed Nail Therapist with 1 year of spa or salon experience (or 6 months with Hiatus).
• Knowledge of nail products, treatments and techniques including French manicures and nail art.
• Authorized to work in the United States; weekend/evening availability.
• Proficient in using Zenoti for training, reporting and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to leader for the Nail Therapy department, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct new hire training programs focusing on services, product knowledge and experience.
• Assist with new spa openings in the market.
• Support a strong onboarding experience and mentor new hires.
• Coordinate during trainings, supervise test-outs and collect feedback.
• Coach therapists using performance metrics and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with Education Manager to lead advanced training and product knowledge.
