Highgate Hotels, LP is hiring a Nail Technician for on-site service at the Royal Lahaina Resort in Lahaina, Hawaii. You will perform manicures, pedicures, gel applications and nail enhancements while maintaining a clean, welcoming client environment.

Responsibilities include sanitation, customer service, upselling, staying current with nail trends, and supporting related beauty services. The role may involve some light management duties and requires excellent communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or 1-year spa or related field experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications and nail enhancements, foot soaks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to provide clients with the best options available.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their desired outcomes and aftercare instructions.
• Assist with body waxing services as needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience for clients.
• Minor Management responsibilities - Communicating with Director for inventory needs, assisting with required training of other Nail Techs, and serving as the license anchor for all nail services.
• Pay to include $16/hr + Tips
