• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry.
• Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style.
• Conduct sanitation and disinfection procedures in accordance with salon safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care, and suggest retail products or additional treatments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in nail art, techniques like dermabrasion or eyelash extensions, and new product offerings.
• Uphold salon safety standards by following disinfection procedures and ensuring all tools are properly sanitized after each use.
• Engage in retail sales by upselling nail care products, skincare items, or beauty treatments to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
• Booth rental is $400 monthly. First month is free with a 6-month contract.
