A leading company in the retail and media sector is seeking a Lead Multimedia Producer to oversee innovative content production for their campaigns. This role involves developing engaging video and graphic content while collaborating closely with various partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia production and be adept at managing all facets of production from budgeting to final delivery. Reporting to the Director of Content and Creative, the Lead Multimedia Producer (MMP) is responsible for owning the vision and developing new and innovative content for assigned campaigns while overseeing all aspects of the production process. Your responsibilities begin with concept ideation, development, and brand partnership, and continue with production budgeting, planning, and execution as an onset director, and producer, and conclude with delivery of final product to the appropriate platforms.
You will determine goals and messaging, research, storyboard, script, pitch, obtain approvals and legal clearances, book talent, location scout, locate existing assets, negotiate budgets, work with stylists, secure and track samples and props, lead crews, direct talent, plan schedules, log material, plan edits, organize postproduction, brief GFX teams, seek sign-off, and act upon notes and feedback.
This role will work onsite in our West Chester, PA studio headquarters.

Your Impact
You will be an autonomous producer first, leading a production to successful completion through collaboration with all necessary partners, particularly the Marketing team, graphics designer and Television Development team.
You will work closely with celebrities and Q50 Ambassadors to bring to life their personalities and increase engagement and promotion for QVC’s Age of Possibility.
Your responsibilities begin with concept ideation, development, and brand partnership, and continue with production budgeting, planning, and execution as an onset director, and producer, and conclude with delivery of final product to the appropriate platforms.
You will develop and create rich, engaging video, graphic, and photo content for use throughout QVC Group’s platforms, while ensuring the creative and marketing messages align with our evolving business needs.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in television production or relevant field or equivalent business experience
5+ years of multimedia production experience
2+ years of social media creation for a national brand
Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite. (Specifically proficient in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Encoder.)
Expert in HD format video cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment and accessories.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Messenger, TikTok, etc. from content best practices to guidelines to analytics.
Strong understanding of AR and VR as potential content differentiators.
Experience planning and maintaining a production budget.
Ability to take on new, untested productions and pitch in as needed on LIVE, streaming, and other platform productions in all roles requested.
Ability to travel daily/overnight as required.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
