DominionX/RoyalX is seeking a Full-Time Multifamily Construction Superintendent specializing in roofing and siding for projects in Raleigh and Durham, NC. You will oversee exterior construction from planning to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and standards.

The role requires strong leadership, site supervision, and the ability to manage subcontractors while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising multi-family and/or commercial exterior construction projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with project management software and construction documentation.
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions.
• 3 years experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and onsite labor teams.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and final project walkthroughs.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies.
• Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and reports.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote a strong culture of safety through training and jobsite enforcement.
