Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising exterior construction projects including roofing and siding.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage crews and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain safety, quality, and schedule discipline on multi-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and onsite labor teams.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and final project walkthroughs.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies.
• Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and reports.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote a strong culture of safety through training and jobsite enforcement.
