Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in multifamily construction.
• Proficient in reading electrical blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure; familiarity with codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute electrical projects in multifamily buildings.
• Supervise electricians and ensure safety and quality standards.
