Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Mechanical Integration Lead to drive installation, integration, and deployment of material handling equipment across North America. You will lead mechanical installation crews deploying conveyors and sortation systems, collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, oversee commissioning, develop installation standards, and contribute to scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles managing installation crews and tradespeople.
• Experience in fast-paced, automated, industrial environments.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% with potential for more on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and lead mechanical installation crews deploying MHE across North American facilities.
• Oversee structural steel installation, conveyor prep and placement, and belt installation.
• Coordinate with logistics to stage and distribute materials to work zones on schedule.
• Lead QC and commissioning activities including alignment checks and torque verifications.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and operations to resolve field issues and drive safety and quality.
