For one of our clients, we are looking for a Lead MuleSoft Integration Engineer, remotely from the United States.

As a Lead MuleSoft Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting real-time integrations and interfaces for healthcare data platforms. This involves integrating systems such as patient, provider, and clinical data between multiple platforms, using MuleSoft as the primary tool for integration. You will lead the integration efforts, mentor team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for complex integration challenges in a healthcare environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft ESB, CloudHub, and other integration tools.
  • Ensure high-quality system integration design, modification, and deployment in complex multi-platform environments.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on systems integration for the team, and collaborate with departments to solve integration challenges.
  • Work closely with internal teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
  • Oversee the performance, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration solutions across platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of documentation and the improvement of integration processes and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on healthcare integration experience using MuleSoft, MirthConnect, or similar tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of system integration solutions, including the deployment and support of complex integrations in a multi-platform environment.
  • Strong experience with healthcare standards such as HL7 v2 and FHIR.
  • Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical management, providing clear communication and collaboration.
  • Experience with complex troubleshooting and optimization of integration systems.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect is preferred.
