Job summary

Envision Radiology in Allen, TX is seeking a Lead MRI Technologist to manage a multi-modality technologist team and perform MRI procedures per protocol. The role emphasizes patient preparation, safety, and image quality under radiologist review.

The position requires MRI expertise, ARRT MR (or ARMRIT) certification, CPR, and preferably 2+ years of MRI experience with prior team leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Two+ years MRI experience preferred.
• Previous team lead experience in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on MRI procedures.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
• Able to excel in a very fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-modality team of Technologists in MRI scans.
• Perform MRI procedures according to protocol and age-specific needs.
• Maintain safe patient environment and protocol adherence.
• Coordinate scan protocols with Radiologist and optimize scheduling.
• Assist with new employee training and safety/compliance programs.
• Maintain equipment, perform QA, and report incidents or deficiencies.
