Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking Senior/Lead MP&P Technical Analysts (NDE) for its Berkeley, MO location. You will apply diverse NDE methods, lead complex failure analyses, and develop test plans while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance. Mentoring and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects of the role.

Onsite work is required, with potential relocation considerations. A final U.S. Secret clearance post-start is required or preferred, and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• Senior (Level 4) 6+ years with Bachelor or 7+ with Masters or 4+ with PhD.
• Lead (Level 5) 9+ years with Bachelor or 12+ with Masters or 9+ with PhD.

Responsibilities

• Apply NDE methods (acoustic, electromagnetic, thermal, optical, radiologic) to analyze parts and processes.
• Lead complex analyses of failed parts to prevent future failures.
• Create test plans and identify root causes with documented recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Lead revisions to procedures and specifications.
• Coordinate resolution of complex issues with suppliers and customers.
• Support audits and failure investigations as SME.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
