Choice Moving Company is hiring full-time Drivers / Foremen to lead moving crews, operate 26’ box trucks, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. We’re seeking reliable, motivated individuals who can lead by example, communicate effectively, and keep move days running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Leadership skills or willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Reliable, mature, team-oriented.
• Weekend availability (rotating).
• Moving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive non-CDL 26’ box trucks.
• Lead a moving crew on residential & commercial jobs.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Load/wrap/secure items efficiently.
• Lift 75+ lbs and stay active all day.
• Communicate clearly with customers & team.
• Maintain safety, flow, and professionalism on every move.
